Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

Welcome to Track My Commuter ("Track My Commuter", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Track My Commuter mobile application, website, widgets, Apple Watch features, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Track My Commuter

Track My Commuter is an independent mobile application designed to help users access railway information more conveniently.

Depending on availability, the Services may include:

  • Train schedules
  • Realtime train tracking
  • Estimated arrival information
  • Route planning
  • Station information
  • Widgets
  • Apple Watch support
  • Other transportation-related features that we may introduce from time to time

The Services may evolve over time as we improve the application.

2. Independent Application

Track My Commuter is an independent application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Track My Commuter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially associated with any railway operator, transportation authority, government agency, or other organization.

Any trademarks, logos, trade names, or service marks displayed within the Services remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes where permitted by applicable law.

3. Third-Party Data Sources

Certain features of the Services rely on information, systems, or data made available by third-party providers.

These features may include, but are not limited to:

  • realtime train positions;
  • estimated arrival times;
  • delay information;
  • platform information;
  • operational status; and
  • other transportation data.

We do not own, control, or operate these third-party services.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee:

  • continued availability;
  • uninterrupted access;
  • compatibility;
  • completeness;
  • accuracy; or
  • future support of any third-party data source.

Third-party providers may change, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or technically modify their services at any time without notice.

If that occurs, some features of Track My Commuter may become unavailable, limited, modified, or permanently removed.

Where reasonably possible, we may replace unavailable data sources with alternative sources, but we are not obligated to do so.

4. Accuracy of Information

The information provided through the Services is intended for general informational and convenience purposes only.

Although we make reasonable efforts to present useful and timely information, we do not warrant that any information is:

  • accurate;
  • complete;
  • current;
  • reliable; or
  • suitable for any particular purpose.

Train schedules, train locations, estimated arrival times, platform assignments, and service updates may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect.

You should always verify important travel information using official railway information before making travel decisions.

Track My Commuter should not be your sole source of information when planning time-sensitive travel.

5. Availability of the Services

We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services or any feature may become unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • software updates;
  • technical failures;
  • network outages;
  • security incidents;
  • changes made by third-party providers;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • force majeure events; or
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, or secure the Services.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Services;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • use automated methods that negatively affect the Services;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to bypass technical protections implemented within our application; or
  • use the Services in any unlawful manner.

7. Premium Features

Some features are available only through a subscription or one-time in-app purchase.

Premium purchases unlock additional functionality available within the application.

Certain Premium features rely on third-party services that we do not own or control.

Because those services may change over time, purchasing Premium does not guarantee that every specific feature or third-party data source will remain available indefinitely.

If technical, operational, legal, security, or third-party service changes require us to modify a Premium feature, we may update, replace, limit, or discontinue that feature.

Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide suitable alternatives when available.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date.

Billing, payment processing, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management are handled by the applicable app store.

Refund requests are generally governed by the policies of Apple, Google, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Price changes for future subscription periods may occur from time to time. Where required, users will receive notice through the applicable app store before new pricing takes effect.

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

9. Intellectual Property

Track My Commuter, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, branding, documentation, and original content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not warrant or guarantee that:

  • the Services will always be available;
  • the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • defects will always be corrected;
  • information provided through the Services will always be accurate, complete, or current;
  • any feature will remain available indefinitely; or
  • the Services will meet every user's expectations or requirements.

Because certain features depend on third-party data providers and external systems that we do not control, interruptions, delays, modifications, or discontinuation of those features may occur at any time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Track My Commuter and its owners, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation:

  • missed trains;
  • missed connections;
  • travel delays;
  • incorrect route planning;
  • inaccurate estimated arrival times;
  • unavailable realtime information;
  • platform changes;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of data;
  • loss of goodwill; or
  • any financial loss arising from reliance on information provided by the Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If applicable law does not permit certain exclusions or limitations, those exclusions will apply only to the extent permitted.

13. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not:

  • misuse or abuse the Services;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
  • attempt to circumvent technical protections implemented within the application;
  • introduce malicious software or harmful code;
  • use the Services in a manner that negatively affects other users; or
  • use the Services for unlawful purposes.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the Services.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your use creates security risks;
  • we are required to do so by law;
  • continued operation of a feature becomes technically or legally impractical; or
  • continued access depends on third-party services that are no longer available.

Termination of access to one feature does not necessarily affect access to other available features.

Sections of these Terms that are intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

15. Changes to the Services

We continuously improve Track My Commuter.

Accordingly, we may:

  • introduce new features;
  • modify existing features;
  • replace technologies;
  • discontinue obsolete functionality;
  • improve performance;
  • address security issues; or
  • comply with legal or operational requirements.

Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice before making material changes that significantly affect users.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the application or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue using the Services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect its original intent while remaining enforceable under applicable law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced within the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Track My Commuter regarding your use of the Services.

They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications relating to the same subject matter.
